About us
The Urban Arts Commission is the governing body of West-Coast Urban Artists formed in 2017. The Commission replaced the "Boss of all Bosses" title with a ruling committee consisting of the Best Los Angeles Urban Artists United.

ShadowFlightStudios was founded by Todd Campbell ,Wayne Carlisle aka DesignNine , Amiaz Campbell in 2015 with the singular focus of creating World-Class comic book and graphic novel storytelling for all audiences.
